4330-IH is a tri-temp gravity handler with large capacity chamber. This is suitable for temperature soaking of Power device such as TO200, DPAK, D2PAK, Dip.
High UPH (8,000pcs) is accomplished through parallel testing on 8(Max) sites for TO220 and D2PAK packages.
